365 Day 357. The kids have been enjoiying their Christmas break, and today Becky and Rachel spent quite awhile baking and decorating cookies. Rachel takes the cookies to the next level, and makes them so decorative that they are almost too cute to eat.
Day 356: Christmas at FMG
•December 22, 2009 • Leave a Comment365 Day 356. Went to Fredrik Meijer Gardens again tonight with some friends for some outdoor photography. Tuesday night is the only night they stay open late, and is was a nice (but cold) night walking around out there taking it all in.
Day 355: Fast Shipping
•December 21, 2009 • Leave a Comment365 Day 355. I waited until very late this year to finish up some of my online shopping. Lucky for me, the eBay sellers were really on the ball and UPS priority mail was very fast. My packages arrived with time to spare.
Day 354: Angel
•December 20, 2009 • Leave a Comment365 Day 354. Tonight we went to My uncle Rick and Aunt Pauline’s house for the Rypma side party. It was a fun night, and good to see some of my cousins and their kids again. They had this cool angel on the top of their tree which caught my eye.
Day 353: Goodies
•December 19, 2009 • Leave a Comment365 Day 352. Playing around today experimenting with light, exposure, composition, shutter speed, appeture, ISO, white balance, etc. on camera today. I am hoping to practice and do these things until it becomes automatic and I don’t have to think so hard or use the more auto features of the camera when in a hurry.

Day 351: Drawing Closer
•December 17, 2009 • Leave a Comment365 Day 351. Christmas is about a week away, and there is still so much to do. It doesnt seem to matter how early in the year you start, there is always too much left to do and not the time to do it.
Day 350: Mischievous
•December 16, 2009 • Leave a Comment365 Day 350. The only problem with having the tree up is our cat. Lily can be really naughty, and likes to either get under in the presents or to eat the tree. The strange thing is it is not a real tree but it doesn’t stop her from chewing on it. I am waiting for a scene for “Christmas Vacation” when the cat chews the wires and fries.
Day 349: New Haircut
•December 15, 2009 • Leave a Comment365 Day 349. Today Rachel got her hair cut shorter like she had been wanting. She has grown it out and then got it cut shorter again several times, but this time she went sholder length with looked cute on her.
Day 348: Braces Free
•December 14, 2009 • Leave a Comment365 Day 348. These’s a smile! After about 20 months of wearing braces, he finally got to get them off today. He still needs to wear a retainer for awhile to keep them in place, but is enjoying being rid of the rest.
